Things to Know when coming to Camp

Please Bring:
Bible, bedding, pillow, towels, toiletries, some clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty, camera, swimsuit, flash light, and spending money for the snack shack, craft room and bookstore.

Please DO NOT bring:
Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, fireworks, guns, ammunition, knives, weapons, radios, tape/CD/mp3 player, TV’s, video games, cell phones, magazines, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, playing cards, magazines, or clothing with worldly advertising.

Lost items
Any lost items not claimed within 30 days will be disposed.

Dress Standards:
Ladies: may wear culottes, knee-length shorts, slacks or jeans that are not tight. A dress or skirt and blouse are recommended for the evening services. Bare mid-riffs, low-cut necklines, sheer blouses, tank tops, and tight-fitting tops are not permitted. Swimsuits must be modest one piece (No French cuts) and must be covered to and from the pool.
Men: may wear jeans or knee-length shorts. No tank tops should be worn outside at any time. Pants and a collared shirt are recommended for the evening services. Swimsuits must be boxer style, and men are to wear a shirt to and from the pool.

Conduct:
As a Christian organization, Tri-State maintains high standards of conduct and separation. Campers who use tobacco, alcohol, or any form of illegal drugs will be discharged. Any non-compliant or non-cooperative campers are subject to dismissal.

Spending Money
You may want to consider sending your camper with some spending money to use at the snack shop, craft room or bookstore.

Reservations
Reservations are secured when the completed registration forms are received along with the $25 non-refundable deposit. Registrations must be accompanied by the $25 non-refundable registration fee and can be mailed, or faxed to the camp or you can register online.

Telephone and walk in registrations will not be accepted!

Meals
All meals are included in the price of camp. Those with special dietary requirements must bring their own supplements.

Adrian Burden
Adrian has been travelling in evangelism for the past few years after graduating from Pensacola Christian College with a Masters of Biblical Exposition in 2008. Adrian is burdened for the young people of this generation. Adrian is very straightforward in his preaching which enables him to reach teenagers right where they live. Adrian travels extensively around the country to various camps and churches throughout the year.
 
WINTER WEEKEND 2

Mr. Chris Jenkins
Chris has been in the ministry for almost 14 years. After graduating from Pensacola Chris-tian College in 1998 with a degree in Bible, Chris served as a youth pastor for seven years just outside of Baltimore, MD. In 2005, he and his family moved to Tri-State Bible Camp as the program director. Chris now serves as the director for the camp and has been in that position for the past five years.

Cost $66.00
$5.00 discount for campers completely registered before December 2nd.
Late fee:
A $5.00 additional charge will be assessed for registrations received within 7 days of the start of the retreat.
 
$25.00 non-refundable registration fee required.
Balance of $40.00 is paid upon arrival.
 
Sponsors:

Churches are asked to bring one sponsor for every 8-10 campers. Sponsors will be housed in the cabins with the campers. One sponsor may attend free for every 8 campers registered. Sponsors should also register.

Registration is Friday from 5:30—6:45PM.
Retreats begin at 7:00 PM with a snack.
 
Delayed Arrival: If your arrival is delayed and you will arrive after the start of the retreat, please call the camp office at 973.293.3522.

Our Speaker:
Evangelist Mark Kittrell
Mark Kittrell has served in evangelism, church planting, and missions for over 20 years. Mark travels extensively throughout the United States conducting meetings in churches, schools, and camps as well as regularly preaching on foreign fields. He is the Staff Evangelist for Open Door Baptist Church and the Director of Pacific Rim Missions International. Mark and his wife, Tammisue, live in Oregon and have three sons.

Mark brings a very straightforward and practical approach to the Word of God, and his ministry is sure to be a blessing to you as a couple
during this weekend!

General Information
 
Arrival/Departure
The couples retreat will begin Friday evening at 6:30 PM with a full dinner. Couples may begin registering anytime after 4:00 PM. The retreat ends on Saturday at 6:00 PM.
 
Extra Night
Those wishing to come Thursday night and spend a relaxing day on Friday prior to the retreat are welcome. This will be at an additional cost of $40 per couple. Meals are not provided. Please indicate this on the registration form.
 
Please Bring
Bible, toiletries, camera and casual clothing for the services and recreation times. Ladies should wear knee length apparel, and shirts should not have low necklines and should cover the shoulder. Men, all apparel must come to the knee. Sheets and towels will be provided for all accommodations.

Reservations
Reservations are secured when the completed registration form is received with the $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This retreat is designed for married couples only. Sorry, we are unable to allow children or infants to attend this retreat. Registrations can be mailed to the camp, or you can register online.
No phone reservations will be accepted.
