General Information

Registration is Monday from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. Please call the office at 973-293-3522 if you will arrive late. Program starts at 11:30AM.

The camp week ends at 2:00 PM on Friday afternoon. We ask that your camper be picked up by no later than 2:45 PM that afternoon. Please call the office at 973-293-3522 if you will be late.

There will be an additional $10.00 late registration fee for all registrations received within 7 days of the start of camp.

All of the meals and main activities are covered in the price of camp.  However, many campers like to bring some spending money for camp apparel ($10-30), snacks at the snack shack ($2-5), souvenirs at the general store, a cabin picture ($2), and other activities like laser tag ($2/game).  The amount needed differs for every camper, but many find that $50-$70 is enough.

Sponsor housing is only available to church groups. The sponsor must be sent "officially" by the church to camp for the week.  You will be housed separately from the campers. Sponsors are welcome to eat all of their meals at camp, attend services and watch games and activities, however we want your campers to be fully involved with their cabins and counselor so we will ask you to not eat with your campers or sit with them during the services.

Unfortunately we do not have a lot of space to house sponsors and as such, reservations for accommodations are based on a first come first served basis. Thank you for your understanding!  Pricing for sponsors is $245 per person.

Absolutely! We encourage parents to send their campers mail during the week. If you wanted, you can mail it to our address or drop it off on Monday during Check-in, and we will make sure your camper receives your letter during the week!

Yes, we have a registered nurse who stays on the campgrounds for the entirety of each of our Summer youth camps.

If your camper has any medication, we ask that they turn that in to the nurse with proper dosing instructions during Check-in on Monday. Throughout the week, the nurse will ensure that your camper stays on schedule and takes the correct dosage of their medication. At the end of camp on Friday, your camper will receive their remaining medications back.

Please note that Epi-Pens or other emergency life-saving medications can be kept with your camper.
