Encouraging the Encouragers
Cultivating a Healthy and Sustainable Ministry
We invite you to join us for this year's Church Leadership Retreat, which will focus on how to stay encouraged in ministry. We understand that pastors, wives, and ministry leaders pour themselves tirelessly into the life of the church. Ministry is deeply rewarding, but also demanding, and this retreat is designed to pour back into those who are always pouring out. We’ll explore what it means to lead from a place of health, to minister with endurance, and to rediscover joy in the call God has placed on your life. Our goal is to provide space to breathe, listen, and be renewed—so that each leader leaves encouraged, refocused, and equipped for sustainable ministry in every season.
This retreat is ONLY for pastors, assistant pastors, evangelists, ministry leaders, and their spouses (even if the ministry leader serves in a lay leader position).
