Marsha grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as her Savior at a young age. Early on in her life, she went on missions trips with her grandfather and often helped her aunt and uncle who ran a Bible camp. These things helped influence her and cultivated a burden for souls. Marsha is married to Chad Schearer and has two sons, Walker and Wyatt. After marrying Chad, who was a Montana Outfitter and guide, she went right from her honeymoon to hunting camp and has spent over 700 nights in a tent serving as a hunting guide and camp cook! She and her husband now produce and host their own TV show "Shoot Straight" which features their entire family enjoying the outdoors together in God's creation. Marsha enjoys speaking at ladies' events all over the country, and her desire to help other ladies is shown in her compassion, her ability to look on the bright side and her wonderful sense of humor.
