A Note about the Coronavirus - updated 1/4/2021
update 1/4/2021: Winter weekend 1 will be held as a Saturday ONLY event from 9AM-6PM. Cost is $50 and capacity is limited. Winter Weekend 2 has been cancelled. Sweetheart's Getaway is currently on as planned, but with limited capacity.
update 6/5: It is with great disappointment that we announce that Tri-State Bible Camp will be cancelling all of its camp programs for this summer. We were hopeful that a shortened summer would be possible, but our governor came out a few days ago and announced that because of the difficulty with maintaining social distancing in a residential camp setting, they would not be able to operate at this time. We will miss all of our campers this summer, but Lord willing we look forward to our programs beginning again this fall!
Those who have already registered will be contacted in the next couple of weeks.

Like many of you, we have spent the last several weeks hearing and learning about the coronavirus. We have heard many accounts of how it is affecting our world and how it is now beginning to affect some of our local communities as well. We are praying for wisdom during this time, and we are evaluating whether we need to make any necessary adjustments to our operations. As always, we will continue to make every effort to make sure everything is appropriately sanitized for our guests. Our priority is to keep our campers, staff and all of our families safe.
We are also closely following the Centers for Disease Control, local government and public health official’s guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. ( a link to the CDC regulations for faith based gatherings is found below)
Currently there have been No Cancellations to any of our spring events, but we will keep those who have registered for these events updated if that changes. We do request that if you are not feeling well, or if you are immunocompromised, let the office know and please stay home from the event. Also if you have traveled from any regions where there has been a greater exposure to the virus or you have been personally exposed to the virus within 14 days leading into the retreat, please stay home and follow the CDC guidelines for such scenarios. (A link to the CDC risk assessment is provided below)
For now, let’s continue to pray that God would give wisdom to our governing officials and health professionals, and pray that we all would be able to make wise decisions in planning while not panicking. Let’s continue to trust God in these times of difficulty and pray that God will quickly hasten the removal of this virus and its effects from our communities while we continue to take prudent measures to protect our families.
We look forward to what God will continue to do in our lives and communities through these events.
Thank you,
Chris
